Chris Rees's attempt at a Offroad site

Ok first of all I am Chris a 16 year old 6th form student in my local school. I ride a moped :( but that’s only for now. Why do I like landrovers you ask? Well basically its started a good 5 years ago a friend of my fathers was into the offroading thing big time and offered to take my father out one weekend to our local site. My father liked it and when out a few more times, before he decided to purchase 'our' own landrover. This was a B'reg 90 ex life guard with 205 colways on it fitted with a 2.8 Daihatsu turbo diesel. Took it out got stuck a lot had fun broke bits bent steering bars. But hey that’s the fun of it. The thing that I liked about it was how easy it was to fix the landrover and this is still one of my favourite things learning about the mechanics of it.

So we advanced on purchased a set of second had 235 colways mud terrains(what an improvement) things got easier we got stuck less. did more stuff broke more stuff. so we worked our way up the landrover tree. sold the colways bought 33" Bfgoodrich mud terrains. landrover didn’t quite have the power with these fitted. so 8 months down the line we sold it on and got our first Tdi (which started the 'Tdi’ obsession) another B'reg one but with a 300Tdi standard all around so we set out to prepare it of with the side steps on with the 33" rubber . Bought a winch (husky) fitted rear heavy duty springs all around, and we where off. Got into more adventurous stuff.

Basically I guess your getting bored here is 'our' vehicle history so far(sorry For the lack of pictures)
